Welcome to my corner of the internet—a space dedicated to simple wellness, food, travel, and mindful living. I’m a Zurich-based Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach turned lifestyle blogger, with proud US roots, sharing my journey to create a life well-lived.
My Story
Seven years ago, I packed my life into two suitcases, boarded a one-way flight to Singapore, and left behind everything familiar in Reno, Nevada. That leap of faith led me to an incredible journey: exploring 21 countries, moving six times, and living in three different countries. Every experience shaped my perspective on what it means to live well.
My career began as a Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach, helping women find balance in their eating habits and daily routines. Over time, my passion for health naturally intertwined with my love for food and travel, leading me to start this blog – a place to share my journey and the lessons I’ve learned along the way.
Recently, my world (and heart!) expanded in the most beautiful way: I became a mom. This new phase has brought a deeper appreciation for intentional routines, nourishing meals that actually fit into a busy day, and finding clarity and calm in the beautiful chaos of new parenthood. My love for exploration hasn’t changed—it just involves some careful planning and with a new friend in tow.
